Summer Camp at Prism Public School, Utai (28th April – 7th May 2025): A Celebration of Creativity and Wellness

Prism Public School, located in Mahkakurd, Utai, Durg, Chhattisgarh, recently concluded a vibrant and enriching Summer Camp from April 28 to May 7, 2025. Under the guidance of dedicated teachers, students engaged in a multitude of activities designed to foster creativity, physical fitness, and personal development

Highlights of the Summer Camp Activities:

Best Out of Waste: Students showcased their ingenuity by transforming everyday waste materials into functional and decorative items, promoting environmental consciousness.

Mud Art: Participants explored the therapeutic aspects of mud art, creating sculptures and designs that connected them with nature.

Brain Boosting Games: A series of puzzles and mental challenges were introduced to enhance cognitive abilities and problem-solving skills.

Origami Art: The ancient Japanese art of paper folding was taught, allowing students to craft intricate designs and improve their focus and patience.

Karate: Basic karate techniques were imparted, emphasizing discipline, self-defense, and physical fitness.

Zumba & Aerobics: Energetic dance and fitness sessions were conducted to promote physical health and coordination.

Drawing & Shadow Painting: Artistic expression was encouraged through drawing and shadow painting, allowing students to explore their creativity.

Bandhej Art: Students delved into the traditional art of Bandhej, learning the intricacies of tie-dye techniques.

Storytelling & Poem Recitation: Sessions were held to enhance communication skills and boost confidence through storytelling and poetry.

Spoken English: Focused sessions aimed at improving fluency and confidence in spoken English.

Indoor Games: A variety of indoor games were organized to promote teamwork, strategy, and physical activity.

समर कैंप की प्रमुख गतिविधियाँ:

बेस्ट आउट ऑफ वेस्ट: छात्रों ने रोज़मर्रा की बेकार सामग्री से उपयोगी और सजावटी वस्तुएं बनाई, जिससे पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ी।

मड आर्ट: मिट्टी की कला के माध्यम से छात्रों ने प्राकृतिक तत्वों से जुड़ते हुए मूर्तियां और डिज़ाइन बनाई।

ब्रेन बूस्टिंग गेम्स: पजल्स और मानसिक चुनौतियों के माध्यम से छात्रों की संज्ञानात्मक क्षमताओं और समस्या सुलझाने के कौशल को बढ़ावा दिया गया।

ओरिगामी कला: कागज़ मोड़ने की जापानी कला सिखाई गई, जिससे छात्रों की एकाग्रता और धैर्य में वृद्धि हुई।

स्पोकन इंग्लिश: स्पोकन इंग्लिश पर केंद्रित सत्रों के माध्यम से छात्रों की भाषा कौशल में सुधार किया गया।

इनडोर गेम्स: टीमवर्क, रणनीति और शारीरिक गतिविधि को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विभिन्न इनडोर खेलों का आयोजन किया गया।
